PR & Marketing Manager

APS is a distressed assets investment company and debt recovery platform with a prime position in Central and South-Eastern Europe and further expansion goals. Our business consists of acquiring, advising, and servicing non-performing loan (NPL) portfolios.

Are you a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for investment? Currently, we are seeking a PR & Marketing Manager to join our team.


What will you do?

Develop comprehensive PR and marketing strategies that incorporate PR services, internal and external communication, crisis communication, CSR initiatives, and web management. Align strategies with the company's mission, values, and business objectives.

Brand Management

  • Oversee the company's brand identity and reputation, ensuring consistency in messaging and positioning across all channels.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand awareness and differentiate APS in the marketplace.

Media Relations

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and media outlets.
  • Lead media outreach efforts, including pitching stories, securing press coverage, and managing media inquiries.
  • Handle crisis communication effectively to protect the company's reputation in times of challenge or controversy.

Internal Communication

  • Develop and implement internal communication strategies to engage and inform employees across all levels of the organization.
  • Ensure timely and transparent communication of company news, updates, and initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of open communication and collaboration.

External Communication

  • Develop and distribute external communications, including press releases, newsletters, blog posts, and social media content.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of messaging and timing.
  • Monitor external communication channels and respond to inquiries or feedback from clients, partners, and the public.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

  • Lead the development and implementation of the company's CSR agenda, including philanthropic initiatives, community engagement programs, and sustainability efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate CSR principles into business operations and corporate culture.

Web Management

  • Oversee the company's website and online presence, ensuring that content is up-to-date, relevant, and engaging.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to optimize website performance, user experience, and SEO.
  • Monitor web analytics to track visitor behavior and identify opportunities for improvement.

Content Creation

  • Develop high-quality content for various PR and marketing channels, including website, social media, press materials, and corporate reports.
  • Write compelling narratives that highlight the company's achievements, thought leadership, and impact.

Event Management

  • Plan and execute PR events, media briefings, and CSR activities.
  • Coordinate logistics, manage vendor relationships, and ensure seamless execution of events that support the company's PR and marketing objectives.


What do we expect from you?

  • Education: University Degree, specialisation in marketing and finance
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in PR, marketing, or communications roles, with a focus on PR services
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful PR campaigns, managing media relations, and handling crisis communication effectively.


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with strategic mindset, analytical capabilities, and attention to detail.
  • Language: proficient in English.
  • Soft-Skills: self-driven, ambitious, motivated and dynamic, process and goals oriented, creative thinking, very good communication skills, team player, ethical person
