Training & Development Specialist

We are looking for a Training & Development Specialist (on part-time basis) who will be responsible for the whole execution of development activities based on development needs and requirements of each department within our company. This role is a combination of development execution, consultancy, communication and administrative work.

Job description:

- Provide guidance to managers and employees regarding the training and development process
- Realization of whole development agenda – i.e. Training needs review, Development plan, Preparation of Training Catalogue & Calendar
- Supplier management
- Evaluation of training, Satisfaction measurement, proposing and taking actions if needed
- Designing of new training activities
- Language courses agenda
- Daily communication with internal customers and providers
- Administrative work and reporting


- Education: min. Bachelor Degree
- Relevant experience in HR field (L&D, training)
- Open, friendly, people focused attitude, empathy and willingness to learn
- Fluent English (oral and written)
- Good sense of humour
- Ability to work independently
- Pro-activity, team player
- Ability to work 80-100 hours/month
