For our Fund Administration&Controlling team, we are looking for a new colleague for the position of Corporate Support.

What will you do?

  • Administrative and operational support for management and department;
  • Sorting and allocating incoming paper and electronic mail; managing outgoing mail;
  • Archiving documentation (softcopy, hardcopy);
  • Operating E-banking activities (payments), managing invoices;
  • Communication and cooperation with external suppliers;
  • Preparing letters and reports;
  • Coordinating appointments and managing schedules

What do we expect from you?

  • High school diploma;
  • Proven secretarial/administrative working experience for at least one year;
  • Reliability, adaptability, good interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong organizational and planning skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office;
  • Language skills: English language B2;
  • Professional attitude and appearance.

APS Investments

APSI participates in tenders where banks sell their NPLs bundled as investment portfolios. APSI reviews, values, bids for, and competes for these portfolios. 

Ideally, APSI offers the best price to the bank, raises its own investment funds (fundraising), and wins the portfolio.  

Through fund administration, APSI monitors the portfolio during its servicing lifetime and represents investors’ interests.

APS Recovery 

APS REC services NPL portfolios, in other words recovers money from debtors, thus returning the value of their portfolio investment to investors. Depending on the NPL type, corporate or retail, different recovery strategies are employed. 

APS Real Estate 

APS RE provides real estate services through its Syndre (valuation) and Casazela (property management, brokerage) network and undertakes identification, fundraising, and execution of RE development projects. 

APS Management Services acts as a group umbrella, hosting C-level executives and providing governance and support services to the company, including:
