The Role

We're looking for a part-time Junior Python Developer to join our small IT team based in Prague and to help shape the technology that powers our operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who's passionate about building robust applications and eager to grow in a professional, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build & Innovate – Design, develop, and maintain Python and web applications that support our business operations
• Collaborate – Work alongside experienced developers and cross-functional teams to implement user requirements and deliver meaningful solutions
• Problem-Solve – Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues
• Ensure Quality – Test applications to maintain high standards of performance and reliability
• Support Users – Maintain data integrity and provide technical assistance to internal teams

What We're Looking For

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or currently studying)
• Foundational knowledge of Python and Django
• Basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Familiarity with development tools and Git version control
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Genuine enthusiasm for learning new technologies and methodologies
• English language on level C1, additional languages are an advantage

Nice to Have

• Relevant internships, personal projects, or portfolio work
• Experience with web frameworks or database management
• Contributions to open-source projects
